Absolutely! In the Chat section, click the ‘+’ button in the top right corner, find your provider, and send

1. 24+ Hours in Advance: You’ll receive a full refund, minus payment processing fees (approximately 3-
4% but may vary, based on Stripe’s policy).
2. Within 24 Hours: The full appointment cost will be charged and not refunded, as it’s difficult for
professionals to find another customer to fill that time on short notice.
1. Yes, appointments can be rescheduled through the app. Simply go to the ‘Booking’ section and select
the appointment you’d like to reschedule in Upcoming Bookings.
2. Be sure to reschedule more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
3. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours, please contact your provider through the chat session.
Normally, if you reschedule within 24 hours you’ll be required to pay for the service, similar to a
canceled appointment, and need to rebook.
All providers on My Air Spa are vetted for qualifications, education, licenses, and certifications before
being listed on the platform.
